We teach the martial art of Tae Kwon Do, a summer Olympic sport that has gained worldwide popularity with its aerobic benefits and dynamic kicking techniques. Adults will love the increased strength, balance, flexibility and endurance they will build and children will love learning progressively more difficult and exciting techniques. No matter the level of athleticism, coordination or body type, we are committed to maximizing each of our students’ potential.
Our elite martial arts school in Overland Park features spacious training floors with high quality mats providing a comfortable and, most importantly, safe environment for all of our students. In addition, we provide a guest seating area for parents, family members and friends to observe classes and witness the progress our students are making.
Each class is taught by a certified Korean Tae Kwon Do Master with assistance from additional instructors ensuring our student-to-instructor ratio stays as low as possible. It is important to us that each student receives the individual attention needed within the group class setting to help him/her be as successful as possible.

Our Philosophy
The study of Tae Kwon Do is not about learning how to do fancy kicks or strong punches, but learning how to develop the relationship between your body and mind. The body cannot get stronger without the mind, nor the mind without the body. Working on maintaining this relationship is an essential element of truly learning and understanding Tae Kwon Do.
Our training and curriculum reflect our philosophy. Students will learn how to kick and punch and become physically stronger; however, they will also find new meanings for the words confidence, focus, perseverance and respect. In turn, the physical and mental strength our students build will help them at work, school and home. We believe this is the highest quality of martial arts, and we believe this is how we can empower our students. Together we will contribute to a safe and peaceful community.
